Q1:Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
We are a stockist factory with the special steel stock,manufacture,cutting,process and heart treatment with one stop solution,most of our staff has more than 10+ year experience in this field.
Q2:Where is your factory located?
Our factory is located in Chang’an town,Dongguan city, in Guangdong Province in the South of China. It is very famous as “China Mold hometown” with developed industry as the mold,mold steel,mold accessories etc.,

Q3:Can l visit your factory? How do l get there?
Please do! We welcome our customers at all times. You can fly in to Shennzhen Bao An or Guangzhou Bai yun airport and we wil arrange for a driver to pick you up and send you directly to our factory.

We offer free samples of our steel where available. Please contact the sales team to arrange your sample.

T/T,D/P,L/C,West Union,Wechat pay,Alipay etc.,
Q7:What is your business terms?
We can do the all the terms as EXW,FCA,FAS,FOB,CFR,CIF,CPT,CIP,DPU,DAP,DDP etc.,
Q8:What are our product conditions/specifications?
For heat treatment:
We can supply Annealing, Quenching + Tempering(Q+T), Normalized + Tempering (N+T), or as per customer requirements
For surface treatment:
We can supply bright, black, coated or as per customer requirements.Length:
Tool steel average length=2000mm-4000mm
Alloy structural steel average length=3000mm-9000mm
Carbon steel average length=6000mm
(For shipment in 20 foot containers, we advise all cutting to be between 3000mm-5800mm)
What are the details of your after sales service?
1) We provide the necessary technical support to all of our customers, such as material performance and heat treatment data advice.
2) We provide the appropriate steel material technical parameters for customers in Germany, The USA, japan, Britain.and other countries.
3) lf the quality of the steel material is problematic, we offer free replacement of the faulty goods.
Q9:Do you have any return policies?
Yes. Under certain circumstances we can accept returns. Learn about our policy and process here.
Q10:What are the details of your after sales service?
1) We provide the necessary technical support to all of our customers, such as steel machining,steel performance and heat treatment data advice.
2) We provide the appropriate steel material technical parameters for customers in Germany(DIN), The USA(AISI), Japan(JIS), Britain(BS), and other standards.
- If the quality of the steel material is problematic, our quality engineer will solve it in 24 hours.
Q11:Do you have any MOQ? Is it possible to have order which is not enough for a full container?
For our warehouse hot rolled,we have no MOQ,but we recommend that you collect various grades to be 20 tons for a full container(FCL); If it is not enough,we can delivery
by LCL(Less than container load).
